The new village hall was finally opened at the first of three days of events in mid-October
An opening event attended by funders including The National Lottery, The Ursula Keyes Trust and Cheshire LEADER, the project construction professionals on the Thursday, a St Oswald’s PTA tea and cake event followed by the First Drop Inn evening attended by over 200 people on the Friday and a Saturday Open Day. Many took the opportunity to look around their new hall.
St Oswald’s children’s choir entertained Thursday’s guests with 3 lovely songs and thereby became the very first performers on the new stage.
NOW OPEN FOR BOOKING !
The new hall is open for bookings with many of the existing users back and enjoying a light and airy space for their activity. New activities are starting up as well so do keep an eye on The Five Villages Hall’s social media accounts for news and up-dates.
Pizza Anyone!
The mobile pizza company, Dough & Go will be offering a pizza service for the local community from their mobile kitchen van. It will be parked up on the village hall carpark on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month starting 23rd November 2021. Dough & Go will be there from 4.30 to 8pm. Contact Danny

The Bistro is Back!
